TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using Neon Nexus ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Consumables (coins, moves, lives, power-up packs) are used within the Game and cannot be refunded once consumed.
• Non-consumables (Remove Ads, Season Pass, Starter Bundle) are one-time purchases that persist on your account.
• Subscriptions (VIP Weekly, VIP Monthly) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS

All virtual items (coins, power-ups, orb skins, etc.) have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify virtual item values, availability, and pricing at any time.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game — including graphics, audio, code, and design — is owned by Neon Nexus and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. DISCLAIMER

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure or app removal.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
