HOW DO I RESTORE MY PURCHASES?

Open the game → tap the Shop icon → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore all non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY VIP SUBSCRIPTION?

Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Neon Nexus VIP → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep VIP benefits until the end of your current billing period.

MY PROGRESS WAS LOST. CAN I GET IT BACK?

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app, your level progress may be reset. Purchases can always be restored via the Shop. We're working on cloud save for a future update.

THE GAME IS CRASHING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. 2) Restart the app. 3) Restart your device. 4) If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
