Neon Nexus ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Neon Nexus mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

• Device Identifiers: We collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads through Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized ads through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchase History: When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage subscriptions. We do not store your payment information.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymized gameplay data (levels completed, scores, session duration) to improve the game experience.
• Crash Reports: Anonymized crash data helps us identify and fix bugs.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To provide and maintain the game

DATA RETENTION

Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat for the duration of your account. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Neon Nexus is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising via iOS Settings
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us
• Access the data we have collected about you
• Withdraw consent at any time

AD TRACKING (ATT)

On iOS 14.5+, we will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
